Changerooms at club close to completion

13th November 2009

Completion of the changerooms at the club is drawing nearer. The major refurbish of the downstairs ablution block was linked to the construction of the new deck which is proving to be a big hit with club members.
The changerooms, already in use, are having the finishing touches applied. The alterations have been made possible through the generosity of a number of companies and individuals who have donated time and materials to aid the project.
The Red Beach club acknowledges the generosity of two companies in particular – B H Heron Plumbing and Allproof Industries – who got right in behind the project with their donations of materials, fittings and/or labour.
The club also thanks the following for their support by way of time and materials: Golder Residential (Steve Golder), CD Contractors (Craig Dillon), D & H Steel (Dean Pouwhare), Triton Bricklaying (Phil George), Hutchinson Consultants, Steve Leopard, Phil Little, Bob McConnell, Philip Taylor.
Surf club patron Bryan Heron and his company of B H Heron Plumbing donated a significant amount of time and labour for the reconstruction of the downstairs changerooms.
