More solid performances from Red Beach athletes

The Surf Sports Interclub carnival at Waipu Cove on Saturday 26 November saw Red Beach athletes continuing to show the gains they’ve made in their fitness and skill levels and there’s now some distinct talent emerging within competitor ranks.
Fine weather and a small surf set the scene at the Cove, enabling club members to make the most of the training they’ve been putting in. Their results augur well for two events coming up ... the two-day Whangamata Classic carnival on 10,11 December and the Mount Monster at Mt Maunganui on 17 December.
