Parents are encouraged to bring their children to the Junior Surf Registration Days, which will take place at the clubrooms, Ngapara Street, Red Beach, on the following days:

Dates:    Sunday September 9 and Sunday September 16, 2018

Times:   11.00am - 1.00pm

You may wish to save time by downloading the registration form so you can complete it beforehand.

The Junior Surf committee will be on hand to answer any questions you might have, and you can take a tour of the clubhouse and  purchase club uniform.

If you are unable to make it to one of our registration days, email the registration form to and organise to pay your fees via internet banking. You can also register on any Sunday of the season from 9.00am.

Registration fees

For the surf lifesaving season, children's ages are defined as the age they are on September 30, 2018.

The fees for 2018/19 season are:

Tadpoles (aged 4-6 years): $100 per child

A to C Group (aged 7-13 years):

  • $150 for one child
  • $250 for two children
  • $280 for three children
  • $290 for four children or more

*If families have multiple children of Tadpole age, and it is cheaper for them to pay the multiple child rate for A to C Group children, they will be charged whatever works out to be cheapest option.

Club uniform

Red Beach official uniform will be available for sale at both registration days. The uniform consists of:

  • High-vis safety vest – Compulsory for ALL ages, must be purchased.
  • Beanie – Colour coded beanies are supplied for all Tadpoles, Under 8s, Under 9s and Under 10s (i.e. 4-9 year olds). All older children must purchase a Red Beach club beanie – this is compulsory for all training sessions.
  • Club togs – Compulsory for any A to C Group children (i.e. 7-13 year olds) competing at carnivals for Red Beach.
  • Club t-shirt – Compulsory for any A to C Group children (i.e. 7-13 year olds) competing at carnivals for Red Beach.

There are also many other items of Red Beach branded gear for sale, including hoodies, long jackets, sunhats and swimming caps.
