Boost for boaties with two new surf boats

The Red Beach surf boat to feature in next April's Anzac Day centenary commemorations in Turkey has had its replacement arrive in Auckland.
The sleek new craft, nicknamed the G100, was constructed at the Sydney premises of South Coast Surf Boats. Work began on the boat in July.
It will soon sport the signwritten logos of the boat’s new sponsors along with the WW100 poppy logo.
The G100 will be one of two new Red Beach surf boats to hit the waves this summer. The second, built at the North Sydney premises of Clymer Boats, arrived in October and will bear the logos for Argosy Properties and The Flying Herons.
